Nesco Resource, LLC in Oberlin, OH is seeking a plant support worker for 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift runs Monday–Friday 7 AM–5 PM and Saturday 7 AM–3 PM; 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday 4 PM–2 AM. Responsibilities include planting, labeling, watering, and preparing orders for shipment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and working in varying weather conditions, with overtime on peak seasons. A background check and drug screen are required.
