Job summary

Hot Shot's Secret is seeking an entry-level production teammate in Mount Gilead, OH to operate packaging lines and assist with assembly, filling, and labeling of products.

You will follow GMP and safety practices, work across multiple packaging areas, lift up to 75 lbs, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient factory floor. Overtime may be required.

This role requires good verbal communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to varying production levels while ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating forklift is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to package Hot Shot's Secret products.
• Ensure product packaging is clean, straight and filled to the correct amount.
• Work in various areas from packaging lines to assembling kits and labeling bottles.
• Operates equipment such as Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper and Electric Pallet Jacks.
• Reports any mechanical problems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for the production and packaging of products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate production equipment to package Hot Shot's Secret products
• Ensure product packaging is clean, straight and filled to the correct amount
• Work in a variety of areas from operating equipment on a packaging line, assembling kits, filling large containers of product to labeling bottles
• Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, and Electrical Pallet Jacks)
• Reports any mechanical problems
• Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
• Other duties as assigned
