We are currently seeking a skilled Production Associate to contribute to our continued success. In this role, you will play a vital part in our production process, working with wood to create high-quality crates and pallets. This position requires prior experience in carpentry, framing, or working with rough lumber.

Responsibilities
  • Construct wooden crates and pallets with precision and attention to detail according to specifications.
  • Operate various woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate product assembly.
  • Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Identify and address any issues or defects in the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
