(New Orleans, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Production Worker to support manufacturing and production operations by performing a variety of tasks involved in the assembly, packaging, and inspection of products in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Essential Duties

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble products and components according to specifications and work instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies
• Package and label products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Requirements/Skills

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
