Immediate Hiring For Production Associate In Nashville, TN

$19+ an hour with weekly pay

Job Description

This role supports multiple departments in an automotive glass manufacturing plant by operating equipment, assembling products, performing visual quality checks, and packaging finished goods for shipment. You will help maintain production goals in your assigned area while being cross-trained in different departments to support overall plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently in your assigned department.

• Work on an assembly line and complete specific tasks in the manufacturing process to meet production goals.

• Perform visual inspections of glass products to identify defects and ensure quality standards.

• Package glass products securely and prepare them for shipment according to established procedures.

• Use basic hand tools, such as tape measures, Allen wrenches, and screwdrivers, to support production and assembly tasks.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to production targets and schedules.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all plant safety rules and guidelines.

• Handle materials and products safely, including lifting items up to 50 pounds and moving them as needed.

• Stand, bend, and move throughout the entire shift to support continuous production activities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.14 - $19.14/hr.
