Staffmark Group in Madison, TN is hiring a Production Associate to join a hands-on team. You will assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep operations running safely and efficiently on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities

• Complete production duties assigned by the supervisor, including manual product assembly.
• Weigh and load raw materials into equipment according to production guidelines.
• Operate automated machinery and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
• Complete required quality checks according to established sampling and quality standards.
• Package finished products into the correct containers, packaging, and boxes.
• Maintain expected production rates and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Accurately record and report production information, including computer data entry as needed.
• Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safe work practices.
