Job summary

The Easterseals-Goodwill in Idaho is seeking a Production Associate to support daily production goals, process donations, sort and prepare merchandise for sale, and replenish stock on the floor. You will greet guests and donors and assist with donation door duties as needed, with cross-training across production areas as directed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks while standing for long periods in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
