Education Requirements

Job Duties
  • Package finished products according to customer and production specifications
  • Inspect products for quality issues and report defects to supervisors
  • Stack, wrap, and label pallets for shipment
  • Ensure packaging materials are stocked and available for production
  • Count, weigh, and report scrap materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements
  • Assist with production activities and machinery operation as needed
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • Steel-toed shoes required in facility
  • Non-smoking facility, no jewelry permitted, no acrylic or polished nails, no visible piercings
