Location: Montgomeryville, PA - Filling industrial

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Position Title: Production Associate
- Montgomeryville, PA
- First Shift

The Production Associate will be responsible for loading and unloading high-pressure and liquid cylinders on/off trucks in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Loader will also ensure safety standards are met during the loading and unloading of cylinder gases per Airgas procedures.

In particular, you will:

  • Inspect cylinders prior to filling, following standard procedures required by government, Airgas, and distributor standards.
  • Understand hazards of various gases; read and interpret cylinder labels and color-coding.
  • Comply with all standards related to the safe handling of hazardous materials and cylinder gases.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Load and unload cylinders from vehicles, record type and quantity.
  • Secure cylinders on pallets and ensure proper handling.
  • Inspect returned cylinders for defects and perform minor maintenance as needed.
  • Transport cylinders safely within the facility.
  • Segregate out-of-test and defective cylinders.
  • Clean cylinders and remove old labels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
