Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, extrusion presses, robotic systems, assembly equipment, and other production machinery.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards to meet daily production goals.
• Load and unload materials, monitor equipment performance, and perform basic machine adjustments, tool changes, and preventative maintenance as trained.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools, gauges, and visual inspection methods to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report equipment issues, safety hazards, and defective materials while maintaining accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train on various equipment and manufacturing processes to support production needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
