Job description

Position Summary

A Production Associate is responsible for front line production needs, operating CNC turning and milling machines, assembly, and other assigned duties in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. Starting wage is based on experience and shift. Various shifts are available, with off shifts including shift differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turning and milling machines, and perform assembly work.
• Maintain visual alertness, hand dexterity, and attention to detail.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing daily Kaizen activities.
• Adapt to change in assignments, and work overtime and occasional Saturdays as required.
• Support team members and adhere to company core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with others.

Preferred Skills

• Previous machine operator experience or high‑volume, medium mix manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• High school diploma preferred (not required).

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, using hands and fingers.
• Lift up to 40 pounds several times a day.
• Job involves significant movement and motion.
