  • Inspect printed materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
  • Accurately record production information and assist with shop‑floor data entry.
  • Communicate with operators and supervisors regarding production needs or issues.
  • Support team objectives by assisting wherever needed on the production floor.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in other production areas as needed to support overall plant goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.
  • Interest in learning how industrial printing and converting equipment operates.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how machines work.
  • Experience using tools, repairing equipment, working on vehicles, building things, or operating machinery is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stay organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to manage priorities and perform well in a fast‑paced production setting.
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work safely around moving equipment in a moderately loud production environment.
  • Visual acuity to distinguish color, detail, and print quality.

  • Paid training and career development opportunities in a fast‑growing company.
  • Opportunity to grow into skilled machine operator roles.
  • Work in a modern, clean, state‑of‑the‑art production facility.
  • Join a fast‑growing company reshaping the packaging industry.
  • Lean team where your work makes a visible impact.
  • Opportunity to work with world‑class consumer brands.
  • Performance‑driven culture that recognizes skill, effort, and results.
  • Supportive team that values collaboration, learning, and innovation.
