Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Latham, NY is seeking a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. You will train with experienced leaders, operate machinery, and support the production line to build pool components.

This full-time role offers a stable schedule, safety-focused environment, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work 8–12 hour shifts as needed.

Job Summary

A little about the position:

We are looking for skilled individuals with a great work ethic and excellent work history to help the ongoing growth of Latham Pool Products.

Some Of What You Will Do

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing pool components
• Shift Schedule: Monday-11am-7:30pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 7am-7:30pm and Thursday 7am-3:30pm (Off on Fridays!)

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand, climbing above floor level, reaching overhead, lifting overhead, for 8–12-hour shifts,
• Able to lift ap to 50 lbs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
