Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an entry-level production line worker to perform routine tasks on the production floor. The role requires following standard procedures, maintaining clean work areas, and adhering to safety and quality policies.

Training is provided to develop competency in all on-the-job activities affecting product safety and quality. Responsibilities include following schedules, complying with EEO and safety rules, and supporting the team to ensure efficient production.

Qualifications

• Entry level position requiring minimal training.
• High School or GED and must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job.

• Performs routine tasks using standard procedures and equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area(s).
• Practices and complies with all company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
