Pay Rate:$18.82 – $20.32 per hour

Shifts:

1st shift: 8AM – 4PM – $18.82
2nd shift: 4PM – 12AM – $20.07
3rd shift: 12AM – 8AM – $20.32

What’s a typical day as Production Associate? You’ll be:

• Following facility and departmental standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and work instructions
• Maintaining pace with press cycle times and grinding parts/removing pull-tabs as required
• Performing visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts; reporting defects to supervisors or quality technicians
• Sorting parts accurately according to labeling system and communicating job status, part issues, and product variations to team members
• Keeping the work area and equipment clean and orderly

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Can stand, walk, and reach for extended periods, and use hands for repetitive production tasks
• Can regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 40 pounds, and occasionally more than 40 pounds
• Possess strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Are comfortable working near moving mechanical parts
• Can provide closed-toe shoes and comply with safety regulations (PPE provided)
• Are comfortable in an entry-level, hands-on production environment
