Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a production associate to perform on-the-line tasks in our Jamestown, NC facility. You will follow standard procedures, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.

This entry-level role requires reading, recording information, and a willingness to work holidays and weekends. We offer a competitive hourly wage, benefits including health, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and leadership training.

Performs production line tasks as directed by person in charge.

Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Salary Range- $19.15 - $19.65/hr
