Job summary

Ventra Grand Rapids 5 LLC, a division of Flex-N-Gate, is seeking general production associates for all shifts in the molding, assembly, or metalizing departments. Employees will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling parts, meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing settings.
• Awareness of EMS and QMS concepts is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in health and safety trainings and new employee orientations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts on fixtures or operate machinery within designated area.
• Meet production rates and quality standards for produced parts.
• Inspect finished parts and pack into shipping containers.
• Use hand tools such as wire cutters or pliers as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.

Summary

Ventra Grand Rapids 5 LLC, a division of Flex-N-Gate, is currently seeking general production departments across all shifts. Ventra Grand Rapids 5 LLC manufactures and assembles automotive lighting components. Associates will be apart of the Molding, Assembly, or Metalizing department.

Job Duties

• The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Environmental Management System (EMS) as stated in EMS Policy CEVPL.00005
• The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) as stated in CQAM.00001 - Corporate Quality Manual.
• Responsible for repeatedly assembling parts on a fixture, or operate machinery.
• The incumbent is responsible for meeting production rates within their designated area.
• Responsible for understanding the quality standards for each part produced.
• The associate is responsible for inspecting the completing part, and packing parts into shipping containers.
• Ability to complete all work in a safe manner.
• Responsible for using hand tools such as wire cutters or plyers.
• Responsible for all other duties assigned by area supervisor or manager.
• Other duties as assigned
