Job summary

Healthcare Linen Services Group in Gibsonburg, OH is seeking a Production Associate for first shift. You will sort linen on a moving conveyor, pick up soil linen, and place it in the sling or cart while following standard operating procedures to meet quality and production standards.

This full-time, hourly role requires punctual attendance, teamwork, and the ability to stand for up to 10 hours. You must maintain a safe, clean work area and be able to bend, twist, lift and pull as needed.

Salary Range: $17.00 To $17.00 Hourly

PURPOSE : To provide quality service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner.

JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for the correct sorting of linen that has been placed on a moving conveyor belt in front of them. Picks up soil linen and places it in the corresponding sling/cart. Follows standard operating procedures. Must meet quality and production standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Be on time
• Have excellent attendance

• Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Possess and maintain a positive attitude

• Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise
• Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Cross-train on other routes per production needs
