Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Production Warehouse Loader to move glass from tables, furnaces, racks and trucks, helping maintain steady production flow. You will read labels, inspect items, and participate in safety protocols on the line.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and teamwork, with shifts starting at 8:00 AM and overtime as needed. Pay starts at $16/hour with bonus opportunities and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and understand paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and interpret basic measurements with a tape measure.
• Willingness to work in all areas of production.
• Flexible schedule, typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily.
• Transport materials between positions to accelerate production flow.
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product.
• Perform quality inspections and operate equipment as required.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Rotate through different job functions as needed.
• Inspect products for abnormalities and notify supervisor of issues.
• Use a tape measure to verify product specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and comply with safety policies.

What You Will Be Doing

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily
• Transport of materials, including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for any abnormalities, notifying the supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job

Skills You Bring

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
• Overhead crane experience a plus
