• Assist with packaging, material handling, and other production activities.
• Perform cleanup, sorting, and general production support tasks.
• Serve as a relief operator to support production line operations.
• Complete training to become forklift driver, palletizer operator, and packaging operator.

What You'll Do - Production Associate Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi-automated manufacturing equipment to support efficient production and consistent product quality.
• Monitor machine operation and ensure materials are fed accurately into production equipment.
• Operate semi-automated palletizing equipment to stack finished products safely and efficiently.
• Assist with packaging, material handling, and other manufacturing production activities.
• Perform clean-up duties, part sorting, and general production support tasks to maintain an organized and productive work area.
• Serve as a relief operator when needed to support production line operations.
• Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.
• Complete training to become a Certified Forklift Driver, Palletizer Operator, and Packaging Operator.
• Develop new skills and work toward ongoing training and advancement opportunities.
• Perform other production duties as assigned by management.
