Job description

We’re looking for a skilled and servant-hearted Production Associate to join the TC3 team and come alongside our Production Pastor in creating excellent, Spirit-filled worship experiences every week. If you have a passion for using technology to help people encounter Jesus, a heart to serve behind the scenes, and a desire to support and strengthen the work of our production ministry, we’d love for you to apply!

CHARACTER

• Must be a fully devoted follower of Christ.
• Must have a heart for the local church and desire to serve behind the scenes.
• Must be able to handle and maintain trust with confidential information.
• Must meet the qualifications of a leader as described in 1 Timothy 3.
• Must have a positive attitude.

MINISTRY

• Must be a relational fit for the church and the current staff of TC3.
• Must be willing to embrace a team concept in ministry.
• Must be compelled and called to work at TC3.

COMPETENCY

• Must be a naturally gifted in technology, communication and programming.
• Must possess an education background suited to the position.
• Must be knowledgeable in the technical side of ministry.
• Must be a strong and compassionate leader.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in audio, video, and lighting production (preferably in a church or live event setting).
• Familiarity with soundboards, video cameras, lighting systems, and related technology.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, and be flexible, with diverse teams and volunteers.
• Ability to think out of the box on a regular basis in regards to problem solving.
• A heart for worship and commitment to the mission of the church.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audio Support: Assist with setting up and/or operating sound equipment for services and events, ensuring high-quality audio output.
• Video Support: Help manage video recording and live streaming of services, including camera operation and/or video switching.
• Lighting Coordination: Set up and operate lighting equipment to create appropriate atmospheres for worship and events.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check, maintain, and troubleshoot all production equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
• Filming Support: Assist with setting up and filming video shoots, as needed, with a strong attention to detail to the look and scene of the shoot.
• Collaboration: Work alongside the Production Pastor, worship leaders, musicians, and other staff to coordinate technical aspects of services and events.
• Training: Assist in training volunteers in audio-visual techniques and equipment usage.
• Event Support: Assist in technical support for services and special events hosted by the church.
• Creative Input: Contribute ideas for enhancing the overall production quality and worship experience.
• Provide assistance to the Production Pastor, as needed.

OTHER

• Maintain God-ordained priorities by putting Jesus Christ first, your family second, and the ministry third.
• Be loyal to the vision and staff of TC3 and always protect the church’s unity.
• Invest and invite the lost to know Jesus at TC3.
