Job summary

Fermented Food Holdings (FFH) through its GLKS brand is hiring a Production Associate at the Hudson, NY facility. The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with potential overtime and starting pay of $20.25 per hour plus a generous retention bonus.

You’ll operate food manufacturing and automated packaging equipment, prepare ingredients, monitor quality, and follow GMP and sanitation rules. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse operations, agriculture, culinary work, or mechanical trades is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients, recipes, and large production batches.
• Operate food manufacturing and automated packaging equipment.
• Monitor product quality and follow production procedures.
• Follow food safety, GMP, and sanitation requirements.
• Use pallet jacks and material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support different areas of production as needed and work collaboratively with teammates.
