Job summary

Crown Linen in Brockton, MA is hiring Production Associates to support sorting, inspecting, and packing in a busy commercial laundry setting. Under the direction of the Production Manager and Floor Supervisors, you will count, inspect, and assemble clean garments, monitor quality, and help manage inventory.

With direction from the Production Manager & Floor Supervisors, responsibilities include sorting and assembly of clean garments in a Commercial Laundry environment, packing of orders and quality control, counting and inventory control and other areas of production as needed.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Sorting, inspecting & counting of garments
• Operating machinery following established procedures and policies
• Performing daily inspections before beginning operations
• Following all safety policies and procedures
• Mainting company quality standards
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required

TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, AND WORK AIDS

• Laundry baskets, and linen bins
• Carts and conveyors
• Overhead rail system and garment sorting system
• Automated soil sort system and automated polybag machines
