Job summary

Inked Brands is seeking a dedicated Production Associate for 1st shift to execute prep, printing, pressing, and packaging of products. This role ensures quality, maintains a clean workspace, and supports throughput while picking, packing, labeling, and staging wholesale orders to meet shipping standards.

You will help maintain safety, participate in inventory restock, and collaborate with the team to meet quotas and timelines. Previous production experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, lift 35+ lbs, and work on feet for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Must be able to work 1st shift hours (e.g., 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Execute production processes including cleaning, printing, pressing, and assembling drinkware.
• Follow daily production assignments and quality control standards.
• Assist in set-up and clean-up of work areas.
• Maintain a safe and organized workstation.
• Collaborate with team to meet shift quotas and timelines.
• Report defective materials or unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Support cross-training on production lines.
• Fulfill wholesale orders accurately and on time.
• Print and apply shipping labels and verify contents.

• Assist with inventory restock and sample preparation.

The production Associate is also responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging wholesale orders to meet brand and shipping standards. This role ensures timely and quality order fulfillment while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.
