Marvin in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Production Assistant Supervisor for the Day Shift. You will assist the Supervisor in directing Casement line operations, ensuring production, quality, and safety goals are met, while leading the team in daily activities.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, handling performance input, onboarding, and safeguarding safety and quality standards. Strong communication and multitasking are essential to keep the line productive and compliant.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in manufacturing or production.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Training in safety and quality systems (e.g., OSHA basics, Lean) is a plus.
• Knowledge of leadership development or coaching practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Identify and help resolve quality and productivity issues through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with support departments to remove barriers and achieve goals.
• Promote a culture of safety and integrity by following safety protocols.

Job Overview

The Production Assistant Supervisor - Casement line supports the Supervisor in managing daily operations and leading the department to achieve production, quality, and safety goals. This role ensures continuity of leadership during the Supervisor's absence and contributes to team development, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm

• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
