The AZEK Company in Scranton, PA is looking for a Production Helper to support the extrusion team in a large, 24/7 facility. You will help operate equipment, perform quality checks, and assist with packaging and material handling.
We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus and hourly pay of $18–$19 depending on shift. Strong attention to detail, basic math, and ability to read gauges are essential for success in this role.

Pay Range: $18 per hour for Days and $19.00 for Nights
Responsible for properly performing activities relative to assisting the extrusion operator in efficiently operating the extrusion equipment and producing quality products within a large, 24/7 manufacturing environment. Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: Minimum of 1 year
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills
Other Requirements: Ability to read, write, and understand the English language. Basic mathematical proficiency in the addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers and fractions. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, reading gauges and similar measuring devices.
