Lena Rose Beauty, operated by Noktivo, LLC, seeks a hands-on production contributor for its beauty kitchen in Naperville, IL. You will follow our production schedule to make small-batch House Line products, manage labeling in Canva, and capture short process videos for social content.

This role emphasizes precise measurement, sanitation, and consistent results. The position is part-time (16–20 hours/week to start) with potential for more hours during the holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make House Line products in small batches following recipes and schedule.
• Run the beauty kitchen from opening to closing; set-up, production, cleaning and sanitation.
• Track glass, packaging and ingredients; place orders and run errands to avoid stockouts.
• Design and verify product labels in Canva, ensuring accuracy and on-brand look.
• Film short videos of the making process for social media.
• Bring ideas to enhance the House Line's beauty and appeal.

Job description

What this job is

Hands‑on production, not a desk job. There's no admin in this role. You'll follow our written production schedule and recipes, keep the kitchen stocked, and make beautiful product.

What you'll do

• Make House Line products in small batches, following our recipes and production schedule exactly.


• Run the beauty kitchen from opening to closing: set‑up, production, clean‑down and sanitation after every batch.


• Keep us stocked: track glass, packaging and ingredients, place orders, and run errands to pick up ingredients so we never run out before the holidays.


• Write and design product labels in Canva, and make sure every label is accurate and on‑brand.


• Film short videos of the making process for our social media.


• Bring ideas that help the House Line become even more beautiful and more loved.

The schedule

Part‑time, 16–20 hours a week to start, with more hours through the holiday season. You set your own shifts: before sunrise, midday or after hours all work, as long as the production schedule is followed and we stay in stock. Every minute you work is clocked and paid.

Non‑negotiables

• Major attention to detail: you measure exactly, label accurately and make a recipe the same way every time.


• Sanitation habits you never skip.


• A valid driver's license and a reliable car for ingredient runs.


• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 75 lbs (shea butter is heavy!), with or without reasonable accommodation.


• Comfortable with Canva, or eager to learn it quickly.


• Self‑directed and dependable when working on your own.


• Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement that protects our recipes.

Nice to have

• Experience making soap, candles, skincare, baked goods or any small‑batch craft.


• An eye for design and a love of clean, natural ingredients.


• Comfort on camera, or a knack for filming hands‑on \"how it's made\" videos.

This role is not a fit if

• You want a front‑desk, retail or office job.


• You like to improvise on recipes. Here, consistency is the craft.


• You need someone beside you to stay on task.
