St. Pete is seeking a Production Assistant to support press operators, embroidery technicians, and finishing team in a fast-paced shop.

This entry-to-mid level role emphasizes hands-on work, attention to detail, safety, and on-schedule completion of orders. You will handle prep, quality checks, packing, and basic inventory tasks, with opportunities for cross-training into other roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in screen printing, embroidery, manufacturing, or sign shops is a plus but training is available.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unbox, sort, count, and stage blank apparel and substrates.
• Stage orders and production supplies for operators.
• Support press operators and embroidery techs on the shop floor.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality.
• Fold, label, and prepare orders for shipping or pickup.
