• Perform material issuance and delivery in support of Upstream, Downstream, and Formulation Manufacturing operations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a strong focus on operational excellence.

The Manufacturing Production Support (MPS) team member provides operational support to Manufacturing by ensuring materials, equipment, and manufacturing areas are prepared and maintained for GMP operations. This role supports Upstream, Downstream, and Formulation manufacturing processes through material handling, equipment sanitization, inventory management, and production readiness activities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform material issuance and delivery in support of Upstream, Downstream, and Formulation Manufacturing operations.
• Sanitize manufacturing equipment, process materials, and operational supplies according to approved procedures.
• Discard buffers, chemicals, and manufacturing waste in accordance with GMP, safety, and environmental requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to routinely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push or maneuver liquid drums weighing approximately 400 pounds utilizing appropriate equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
• Ability to wear required PPE and gown into classified manufacturing areas.

Work Schedule

• Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts (4x10).
• Typical shifts are:
• Sunday through Wednesday
• Wednesday through Saturday
• Flexibility to support schedule changes, business needs, and overtime opportunities as required.
