Wave One Sports is seeking a reliable Production Assistant to support daily production operations in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, on-site role collaborates with the Production Manager to ensure orders are prepared, tracked, and completed accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and takes pride in contributing to smooth production processes, including inventory, packing, and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and counting skills for inventory tracking.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions accurately.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic inventory management, including receiving, counting, and organizing stock.
• Lift, move, and stage boxes and apparel in the production area.
• Count and verify orders against written work orders.
• Pull and prepare garments for production runs.
• Assist embroidery, print, and production staff with any production-related tasks as needed.
• Restock supplies and keep materials organized and accessible.
• Maintain written inventory and production notes.
• Conduct basic quality control checks on finished garments.
• Trim, fold, bag, and pack garments for fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production and warehouse workspace.

Position Overview

Wave One Sports is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Assistant to support daily production operations. This is a hands-on, full-time position in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and takes pride in helping keep production running smoothly.

This role works closely with the Production Manager and production team to ensure orders are prepared, tracked, and completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic inventory management, including receiving, counting, and organizing stock
• Lift, move, and stage boxes and apparel throughout the production area
• Count, verify, and check orders against written work orders
• Pull and prepare garments and materials for production runs
• Assist embroidery, print, and production staff with any production-related tasks as needed
• Restock supplies and keep materials organized and accessible
• Maintain accurate written inventory and production notes
• Conduct basic quality control checks on finished garments
• Trim, fold, bag, and pack garments for fulfillment

Physical & Technical Requirements

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be available
• On-site position
