Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking dependable Production / Assembly Line Associates to join our Evansville manufacturing team. This role involves assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience and be capable of performing repetitive physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of experience in production, manufacturing, assembly or warehouse.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate production machinery, tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Package, label and prepare completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules and safety procedures.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
• Perform other duties to support production operations.
