Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
  • Understanding of IPC-A-610 standards is a strong plus.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar production environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to undergo new training and certifications for assigned areas.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team in assembly of components or finished products per work instructions, blueprints, and specs.
  • Operate and monitor machines, tools, and equipment for proper assembly and production.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to meet standards.
  • Identify and report defective materials, tools, or processes to supervisor or QC team.
  • Maintain accurate production records of completed work and issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies for a safe, clean environment.
  • Collaborate with team to improve production processes and efficiency.
  • Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and focused individual for theProduction Assembly Operator III position on our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a commitment to quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures..


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist multiple team members in the assembly of components or finished products according to established work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.

  • Operate and monitor machines, tools, and equipment to ensure proper assembly and production of products.

  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

  • Identify and report any defective materials, tools, or processes to the supervisor or quality control team.

  • Maintain accurate production records, including completed work and any issues encountered.

  • Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

  • Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Keep workstations organized and equipment well-maintained.

  • Perform testing on products to ensure they meet minimum performance requirements.

  • Maintain certification on multiple skills and be capable of working at multiple stations to ensure flexible production capabilities.

  • Assist lower-level employees with development of skills.

  • Ability to perform Visual Inspections (VI) at a high pace and with a high degree of certainty.


Qualifications: Qualifications


  • High school level or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

  • Understanding of IPC-A-610 standards is a strong plus.

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar production environments.

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to new challenges.

  • Understanding of electronic components and assembly processes.

  • Willingness to undergo new training and certifications for assigned areas.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines.

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.


Working Conditions
