Job summary

Betterbody-Foods- in Lindon, UT is seeking a full-time production associate to work on wet and dry production lines and assist with packaging. No experience is required, as on-site training will be provided.

You will follow GMP and safety standards, perform quality checks, label and seal products, and help maintain a clean warehouse environment. Shift is four 10-hour days with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• No experience required; all training provided on site.
• Must pass a food handler certification within 30 days.
• Commitment to following all Company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate wet or dry production lines and assist with packaging.
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• Label, seal, and finalize packaging of products.
• Maintain GMP-compliant clean work environment.
• Perform routine quality inspections and remove defects.
• Follow safety protocols when operating machinery.

Essential Job Duties

• Assist with packaging of final product.
• Learn basic equipment and machine functions.
• Assemble and package food products according to specifications.
• Ensure food products meet desired quality and safety standards.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with labeling, sealing, and final packaging of product.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with GMP and food safety standards.
• Perform routine quality inspections and remove defective items from the line.
• Performs other related tasks, as required.

• Ability to understand and follow written/spoken instructions in English.
• Ability to take and pass a food handler’s certification test within 30 days.

Work Environment

This job operates in a warehouse/ manufacturing facility.?

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to allergens (such as peanuts), odors, fumes, dust, or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The temperature of the warehouse is dependent on the weather.

Requirements

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The shift is four-10 hour days.

Occasional overtime work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience

No experience necessary. All training done onsite

High School Diploma

Preferred Education and Experience

Prior experience working for a GMP/ FDA regulated facility.
