Job summary

Betterbody-Foods- in Lindon, Utah, is seeking a production worker to operate wet and dry production lines, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will assist with packaging, labeling, and final packaging, while learning basic equipment functions.

No prior experience is required; on-site training is provided. The role follows a four-day, 10-hour shift schedule with potential overtime and opportunities for advancement in a GMP/FDA-regulated facility.

Qualifications

• No experience required; all training is provided on site.
• High School Diploma required.
• Prior experience in GMP/FDA facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate wet and/or dry production lines.

Essential Job Duties:

• Perform routine quality inspections and remove defective items from the line.
• Performs other related tasks, as required.

Competencies

• Ability to understand and follow written/spoken instructions in English.
• Ability to take and pass a food handler’s certification test within 30 days.
• Commitment to follow all Company procedures.
• Strict Adherence to safety standards and requirements.

Requirements

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The shift is four-10 hour days.

Occasional overtime work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Occasional travel (less than 25 miles) may be required.

Required Education and Experience

No experience necessary. All training done onsite

High School Diploma

Preferred Education and Experience

Prior experience working for a GMP/ FDA regulated facility.
