Responsibilities

Responsible for overall product assembly, quality, performance and productivity within the department as well as troubleshooting production problems, perform machine set-up and work to close tolerances, in addition to normal operator duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Extensive job knowledge of the area assigned.
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and management.
• Ability to follow written instructions or samples.
• Ability to handle lifting requirements.

Safety / OSHA Requirements

Must adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements as stated in Job Safety Analysis. Performs all work in a safe manner.

• High School Diploma

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (7:30am to 4pm)
• Overtime (weekday and weekends)

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,390.00 and $59,235.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
