Job summary

Chart, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Production Assembler I for the 2nd shift. You will safely assemble components into heat exchangers per engineering drawings and follow work instructions.

This role requires at least 6 months in assembly, knowledge of safety procedures, and ability to read blueprints. The position includes training, a safety-sensitive environment, and comprehensive benefits. You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as needed, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in assembly.
• Knowledge of safety rules and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and blueprints.
• Familiar with quality checks and process control.
• Teamwork and effective communication in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and hand tools.
• Experience with pallet jacks and material handling equipment.

The Assembler's scope is to safely assemble individual components into heat exchangers in accordance with the engineering specifications while following work instructions and leadership’s directions; as well as other production related tasks.

What Will You Do?

• Stack/Assemble materials in accordance with engineering drawings.
• Forklift, pallet jack, crane, material handling safely handled and utilized.
• Following direction independently from supervisor to completion of job responsibilities.

*Please note, this is a 2nd shift position

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

• Manufacturing Plant Environment – Required PPE.
• Warehouse driving such as forklift, lift trucks, etc.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other movement as necessary.
• This position is classified as safety sensitive.Due to the use of heavy machinery, power tools, and exposure to potentially hazardous conditions, the role requires heightened awareness and adherence to all safety protocols. Employees must be able to perform duties in a manner that ensures their own safety and the safety of others in the workplace
