Aerotek is hiring for Production Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Dubuque, IA. This hands-on role involves building high-quality products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The position is contract to hire with full-time hours onsite. Pay starts around $22.20/hr with potential overtime and a comprehensive benefits package after the temp period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilités

• Assemble products according to production schedules and instructions.
• Use hand and power tools such as drills, screw guns, nail guns, saws, routers, and sanders.
• Read work orders and identify required materials.
• Measure components with tape measure and basic tools.
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
