Job summary

Harmar Mobility LLC is seeking dependable workers for on-site assembly line roles in Raymore, MO. You will use hand and power tools to assemble and test production units, calibrate to specs, and follow strict instructions while working in a high-paced environment.

The position is Monday–Thursday 6:00 am–4:30 pm, with OT on two Fridays per month. Benefits include 1500 USD referral bonus, medical, life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid vacation, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Read/Write English; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly on the production line using hand and power tools, fixtures, blueprints, and test equipment.
• Calibrate assemblies to meet tolerances and specifications.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and work instructions; maintain 5S and clean work area.
• Stand for 10-hour shifts in a small space and lift 50–70 lb as needed.
• Record issues with parts or final assemblies to leads or QA.
