Employees hired between December 1 and January 31 will be eligible to receive a $250 bonus upon completing 90 days of employment. After completing 180 days of employment, eligible employees will receive an additional $250 bonus. All bonus payments will be issued in accordance with our standard payroll procedures.

This bonus program is limited to the first 50 employees who meet the required employment milestones. Eligible departments include:

Assembly – 2nd Shift

Paint – 3rd Shift

Milestone dates will be calculated following the same guidelines used in the company attendance policy. To qualify, employees must have an attendance balance of 3 points or fewer at the time each employment milestone is reached.
