Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies per production specs.
• Position and fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets, etc.
• Operate drills, impact wrenches, rivet guns, grinders, sanders, routers, and similar tools.
• Measure materials using tape measures.
• Read and follow blueprints and production documentation.
• Prepare surfaces for assembly and conduct quality checks.
• Maintain a safe, organized workstation and meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve production targets.

Position OverviewWe are hiring Production Assemblers for manufacturing facilities in Stoughton, Evansville, and Brodhead, Wisconsin. These positions are responsible for assembling components and completing various stages of the production process while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires comfort working with hand and power tools, measuring materials, fastening components, and working as part of a production team.
