Job summary

Magna Seating is hiring for production assembly roles in Kentucky. The position involves learning and performing assembly operations across multiple workstations to meet production standards, with duties including cleanup, teardown, minor rework, and routine equipment maintenance.

Workers are expected to identify and report non-conforming materials, participate in continuous improvement, and maintain a strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Learn and consistently perform all assembly operations within established quality, safety, and production standards.
• Rotate through assigned workstations and perform multiple operations as needed to meet production requirements.
• Assist with related production activities, including cleanup, seat teardown, minor rework, and basic equipment maintenance and adjustments.
• Identify, control, and report non-conforming materials and production issues to support efficient operations.
• Recommends, and participates in continuous improvement activities to increase production performance, quality, safety, etc.
• Works in a manner that promotes teamwork among fellow associates.
• Displays a positive attitude towards safety, works safely, and follows all the Company's safety policies and procedures.

Shifts:

• A Crew – Monday - Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm or end of production
• B Crew – Tuesday - Friday 6:00pm to 4:30am or end of production
• C Crew – Friday & Saturday 6:00am to 4:30pm or end of production

• Rate of Pay: $19.00/hour
• Shift Differential: B Crew - $1.00/hour and C Crew - $1.50/hour
