Job summary

Exaktera is seeking a skilled assembler to work on-site in Rochester, VT. You will follow Engineering drawings to assemble products both electrically and mechanically, perform hand soldering, and self-inspection to IPC Class 2 standards.

You will also electrically test the finished product and use automated testing equipment. The role requires the ability to read diagrams, strong fine motor skills, and teamwork in a facility with comprehensive benefits.

Job description

Responsibilities

Responsible for electrical and mechanical assembly of products utilizing documentation provided by Engineering Department.

Your Job Profile

• Assemble products electrically and mechanically following Engineering drawings/documentation
• Hand solder and self-inspect to minimum level of IPC Class 2
• Electrically test and self-inspect finished product
• Utilize automated settings and testing equipment

Basic Qualifications: Ability to read, comprehend and follow written directions and diagrams. Excellent fine motor skills, attention to detail, ability to work well on a team, ability to use hand tools.

Position is on-site at our facility in Rochester, VT
