Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Production Assembler in Ohio to assemble fabricated parts and units, calibrate components, and ensure parts meet specs. The role includes setting up equipment, identifying failed units, and proposing productivity improvements.

Job Description

As a Production Assembler, you will assemble fabricated parts, components or units at floor stations. You will prepare parts for testing, test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. You will perform complex machine set up and identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary. You will be responsible for proposing measures to increase productivity and efficiency.

Shift

Monday through Thursday; 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

A Day in The Life of a Production Assembler

Compensation Details: $17.22 - $20.66 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
