Ideal candidates have strong typography, layout, and color skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva. You will collaborate closely with designers to maintain brand standards and meet production deadlines.

• Foundational design skills with strong attention to detail and typography.

• Ability to format for print, digital, web, and social media across platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating production-ready designs and brand-aligned work.

Responsibilities

• Produce and adapt approved designs for print, digital, social and events.
• Prepare polished final files for multiple formats and vendors with accuracy.
• Maintain Canva brand kits, templates, folders, and design standards.
• Support revisions, resizing, formatting, image selection, and light photo edits.
• Organize assets with version control and follow file-management standards.
• Perform quality-control reviews and coordinate with print vendors.
• Handle digital signage across campuses and update slides weekly.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Senior Designer to meet deadlines.
