Job Responsibilities:
  1. Perform analysis of raw data (e.g. run/yield) and manage monthly.
  2. Monitor and analyze production performance vs. KPI (Target Plan, Master Plan and Actual).
  3. Support production team with production schedule planning and work orders to ensure success of production projects.
  4. Inspect raw material inventory and input performance ERP registration.
  5. Provide variance analysis and COGS reporting.
  6. Review data integrity through daily, weekly, and monthly closing process and update the information in ERP.
  7. Assist with ad hoc project/tasks based on new/strategic initiatives and production improvement.
  8. Maintain product quality / HACCP compliance / 5s, and SQF compliance by supporting with conducting regular audits and integrating processes into the daily production life.
  9. Motivate, coach, train, and appraise performance of one to two members to build a team of high performers to consistently reach production and quality goals.
Skills/Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance preferred.
  2. 1+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of STD cost, Capex and COGS preferred.
  5. Experience with Oracle, SAP or similar business system.
  6. Working knowledge of expenses, cost analysis and production result analysis.
