Job summary

Sand Technologies is seeking a technically skilled leader to deliver production-grade intelligent solutions. You will guide the squad, manage client relationships, and contribute hands-on to delivery across data, backend, and frontend components.

With 7+ years in engineering and deep Azure experience, you will own architectural decisions, ensure security and reliability, and drive delivery in a regulated, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical role with at least 2 years in a lead or player-manager capacity.
• Experience across software and data engineering, and with client-facing delivery models.
• Hands-on delivery experience in Azure-based tech stacks and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across the full solution stack from data ingestion to API and application layers.
• Act as primary technical contact for the client, building relationships with engineering and operations teams.
• Mentor a cross-functional squad of data engineers, data scientists, and software engineers.
• Translate design into delivery decisions with the Solution Architect and manage technical risk.
• Contribute hands-on to delivery while leading the team and maintaining codebase knowledge.
• Be onsite with the client to deliver the production system.
