Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science.
• Several years of experience with Python for AI development and production Go services.
• Proficiency with Go (gRPC) and production-grade systems.
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector similarity.
• Experience designing retrieval or agent-based systems for enterprise data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate RAG solutions from semantic search to retrieval over structured data.
• Create agentic systems that perform multi-step tasks reliably against enterprise data.
• Automate internal processes with AI and ship features into customer-facing products.
• Own retrieval quality end-to-end: embeddings, chunking, ranking, and evaluation.
• Evaluate tooling for the AI stack—vector stores, orchestration, retrieval frameworks.
• Implement production Go (gRPC) services and integrate with our AI router; prototype in Python.
• Make informed architectural trade-offs among retrieval, fine-tuning, prompting, and classical approaches.
• Communicate clearly in English and stay current in fast-moving AI field.
