Job summary

Iescorp is seeking a Production Associate for our Archbold, OH facility. The role supports daily manufacturing operations on the production floor, assisting with assembling, packaging, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards. You’ll work in a team to meet daily goals and maintain a safe, clean work area.

The position requires flexibility with start times and overtime; 8–12 hour shifts may occur. First shift hours vary, with weekly pay and long-term career potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.

Shift Details (Flexibility Required):

• Must be available and flexible with start times, end times, and days
• Be prepared to work 8–12 hour shifts
• 1st shift: Start time varies from 4:30am to 7am out time will be either 3pm or 3:30pm.
