Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring for Production Helpers in a commercial printing facility that produces catalogs, flyers, brochures, and educational materials. This role supports bindery and mailing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: Day Shift – 4 days per week, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Overtime as needed. Training provided. Full-time position with possible weekend rotation based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and product quality in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math and measurement interpretation skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Minimum 1 year of bindery or production experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Jog product from counter stacker and stack neatly on skids.
• Ensure proper alignment for bindery or mailing operations.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency of finished products.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
