Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Production team member for a facility in Fredonia, WI. This is a potential to hire position on the 1st shift.

Wage is $17.50/hour with hours 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include operating production equipment, inspecting products, packaging and palletizing finished goods, loading raw materials, and performing product rework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand for 8-12 hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly lifting 40 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operating production equipment, inspecting products and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Packaging and palletizing finished goods.
• Loading raw materials into hopper.
• Performing product rework as needed.
• Completing all required production and quality documentation.
• Assisting with line clearances and product changeovers as needed.
• Training and supporting other team members on production tasks.
